Who is NIBCA?

Mission Statement

The North Idaho Building Contractors Association, Inc. founded in 1970, is an organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the building industry for the benefit of its members and the citizens of North Idaho. The NIBCA strives to continue its role as an industry leader in governmental issues and community service.

Our Vision

The NIBCA is dedicated to promoting the building industry for the benefit of community members. The Association will continue to be an industry resource and remain actively involved with area organizations to balance economic, environmental, and legislative issues and to create a better understanding of the value and importance of the building industry to the community.

Strength in Numbers

The NIBCA strengthens the residential construction sector of the economy by advocating for greater housing affordability, flexibility, overall economic development, job creation, and a growing economy. Annual Home & Garden Show

the annual event that attracts the largest attendance of shows of its kind in North Idaho. Not only a major fundraiser for the NIBCA, but also a community service event encompassing ideas and products for home, yard, and garden. Discounted rental booth rates apply to NIBCA members. Annual Parade of Homes

marketing home styles, new innovative concepts in construction, interior design, and landscaping, this event is a major fundraiser of the NIBCA and an invaluable marketing tool for the builders and subcontractors of the NIBCA and greater North Idaho.

each of NIBCA’s 13 committees provides valuable networking opportunities and ways to be connected and give back to the community. NIBCA members can join the Joint Government Issues Committee, Associates Committee, Professional Women in Building, Parade of Homes Committee, and more.
